Revamped with a cutting edge industrial chic by Michael McCann, the principal of Dreamtime Australia Design and currently Sydney's hottest high-end restaurant conceptualist, the new look Pumphouse is equally contemporary.
The variety of menus are designed to appeal to a wide cross-section of guests - those wanting a light snack during the day, grazing with an accompanying beverage in the evening or as a quick and easy meal to share amongst friends before or after an event of show. For a special occasion, reserve a table on the verandah downstairs in our A la Carte Restaurant, and enjoy the choices of our chef's modern-Australian menu with succulant meats, fresh fish and seafood, favourites such as pasta, risotto and tasty home-made desserts.
