Revamped with a cutting edge industrial chic by Michael McCann, the principal of Dreamtime Australia Design and currently Sydney's hottest high-end restaurant conceptualist, the new look Pumphouse is equally contemporary.

 

The Pumphouse bar menu celebrates international bar cuisine from countries famed for their first course delights, an array of appetisers and taste sensations that start off a meal stylishly - or become the meal entirely - concentrating particularly on Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Asian influences.

 

The restaurant menu is features similar delights including wood-fired lamb rump with prosciutto, seared duck breast with confit leg, and Atlantic Salmon with warm potato salad and balsamic glaze among the choice of main courses. Authentic wood-fired pizzas and sizzling char-grilled meats are specialties of the house.

 

The variety of menus are designed to appeal to a wide cross-section of patrons - those wanting a light snack during the day, grazing with an accompanying beverage in the evening or as a quick and easy meal to share amongst friends before or after an event of show.
